Tala is a free productivity app that helps you manage tasks, notes, habits, focus sessions, budget, and mood. We offer it as-is, without warranty of any kind.
You are responsible for keeping your password secure. You agree not to share your account or use another person's account without permission. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

You retain all rights to the content you create in Tala (your tasks, notes, etc.). By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and display this content back to you. We don't claim ownership of your content and don't share it with anyone.
Tala is free. We may show advertisements on marketing pages to support the service. We reserve the right to change pricing or introduce paid tiers in the future, but any existing free features will remain free for existing users at the time of change.
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon account deletion, your data is permanently removed.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We don't guarantee uninterrupted access, that the service will meet your specific needs, or that data will never be lost. We strongly recommend using the Export feature regularly to back up your data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tala and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including data loss.
We may update these Terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent change. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
